Navinn Kapur wears multiple hats including that of a successful entrepreneur, a caring mentor, a thought leader, and an investor. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, he has close to 3 decades of experience in driving successful business ventures and motivating teams to produce significant shareholders values. 

Navinn started his entrepreneurial journey as the Co-founder of Iris Unified Technology in the early 2000s. With a Global vision, this company entered in a joint venture with a Global SI, Comparex AG in 2011 and in-turn provided a very high return to the co-promoters. With this collaboration, Navinn scaled his business Revenues to over US$ 100 million in a short span, with sound profitability and positive cash flows and build a Solid shareholders value. In 2018, Navinn Kapur exited Comparex India as a shareholder with good return on Investments.

He then took on a larger global role in Comparex Group as Ex VP-Asia & Managing Director-India and was instrumental in establishing various group subsidiaries in Asia. 

Navinn possesses a distinguished background in building and creating organizations in India and across Asia while managing strategic partnerships and customer relationships. 

He is passionate about creating a meaningful impact on business, products, people, and society. A deep thinker, he loves resolving issues and getting things moving. Navinn was selected in the Top 100 India's Greatest Business leaders (2018-19) by Asia-One, URS Media Consulting.
