The Sales manager leads a Sales team by providing guidance, training & mentorship, setting sales quota’s & goals, creating a sales plan, analyzing data, assigning territories, and building their team. He should be capable of aligning his deep technical knowledge with sales skills.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business from existing & new customers, advancing the sales process, helping close business, and achieving/ assisting in the achievement of Sales quotas. The Sales Manager will lead his team in assisting research to identify leads and reach business targets. The Individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company Sales & marketing activities, providing vital based on his/her interaction with prospects and OEM’s and customers.

The Inside sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, helping close business, and achieving/ assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based Sales quotas. The Inside Sales representative will conduct research to identify leads, build data base of customers and their IT requirements, and help sales team in follow up and closures of opportunities.
Salary Negotiable, as per industry standards, Commission on Gross Margins.
We would minimum require Btech in IT or Computer science preferably and resident of NCR. Having your own vehicle is a necessity.
